Steel Being Placed on New Geauga County Offices

Geauga County, OH: The first structure steel elements are being placed on the new Geauga County office building. Steel structure will continue to be placed over the next two weeks with placement of all building steel structural elements being completed by March 19th with other work being performed in and around the building.
The placement of steel allows for floors to be poured, and for the walls and roof of the building to be put in place. Once the walls and roof are constructed the building envelope will be water tight and interior work may begin.
Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2022.
